Hello Unicorn Festival Vendors!!
Thank you for participating! We are expecting a very magical weekend! Help us make it extra magical by reading all this information and following our guidelines!

  1. This is an outdoor show. Tents are highly recommended. No tents larger than 10x10. If you need a tent, contact us BEFORE THE FESTIVAL to inquire about renting one. NO STAKING of tents. You must bring weights for the corners.
  2. Vendor Load-in Hours: Friday 3 - 6pm; Saturday 8:00 - 10:30am.  Vendors will be allowed to drive to their booth space at this time only (within vehicle restriction limits.)  In the event of rainy weather in the days prior to the event, park officials may restrict vehicles on the grass.  Be prepared and plan ahead for other load-in options should that be the case.
  3. Vendors with large-scale set-ups will need to set up on Friday afternoon.
  4. Load in is first come, first serve, if you need to drive in, you must “drop and go”, unload your car and then move your vehicle. Load in path is on the sidewalk and is one way.
  5. When you arrive at check-in, a festival rep will provide you with your vendor passes and direct you to your booth space.
  6. Restocking supplies and inventory must be done by hand cart after your initial setup. No vehicles will be allowed in the merchandise booth area after 10 am Saturday.
