Q: Are pets allowed? A: Because we have so many mythical creatures and young children at this event, we ask that you leave your pets at home. We love them, but they might be overwhelmed.
Q: What items are not allowed at the festival? A: No alcohol, no weapons or firearms, no glitter, no glass (bottles, containers, etc.)
Q: What if it rains? A: Please review our weather policy. We have 8 shelters - and more than 75 vendor tents, in the event of rain. We will CLOSE the event for the safety of all if:
Heavy rains/storms hit late in the day with no clearing in the forecast.
Temperature exceeds 98 degrees.
Dangerous weather threatens the safety of attendees (tornado, lightning, etc)
We will REMAIN OPEN (although some attractions may be affected) if:
Light rain is present
Heavy rains occur early in the day and are forecast to clear out soon.
No refunds can be given for weather events. All tickets cover both days, so you may return on Sunday if Saturday plans get rained out early. Sunday at 2:00 pm, ticket prices drop to $15 at the gate (only). This discount allows for the possibility that rain may move in before our 5:00 closing time.
Q: May I bring a folding chair or umbrella? A: YES! We want everyone to be comfortable! There is also seating all around the park, and we'll have 8 shelters - and more than 100 vendor tents, in the event of rain.
Q: Where should I park? A: There is FREE PARKING within the park, but it is limited (See map on our Location/Parking page). We also provide FREE PARKING AND FREE SHUTTLES FROM SOUTHWEST PLAZA. Look for the Unicorn Festival Parking and Shuttle station at the northeast corner of Southwest Plaza's parking lot! Map and more info HERE.
Q: What food will be at the Festival? A: Our Banquet Hall / Food Truck area and will have PLENTY of great food options - for protein-packed meals, for snacks and for desserts, candy and sweets! Q: Will my tickets be mailed, or do I get them at the park? A: Online ticket sales are e-tickets and you redeem them at the gate, in the Will-Call lines.
Q: What if I buy tickets online and need to cancel? A: We issue refunds through our online system if you can't make it for any reason (other than weather).
